I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Point Resort & Spa with its beautiful surroundings and family-friendly amenities. However, the lack of a proper kitchen in our bungalow and inconsistent service were notable drawbacks. While the on-site dining options were somewhat hit or miss, I found a few nice moments that made the experience worthwhile.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with recently updated decor and comfortable beds. However, the absence of a kitchen in the bungalow made it challenging for a longer stay.

Service varied throughout my stay, with some staff being incredibly attentive and others less so. A couple of staff members truly stood out and were helpful during our visit.

The resort's location is fantastic, situated close to various attractions like SeaWorld and Old Town, providing easy access to nearby beaches. The lush landscaping contributed to a relaxing environment.

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at Paradise Point Resort & Spa. The hotel itself is stunning with beautiful views and lush landscaping, creating a relaxing vibe. However, I found the room to be disappointing, with cleanliness and comfort issues that detracted from my stay. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the dining options at the resort left much to be desired, impacting my overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in felt quite outdated and not very clean. There was noticeable dust, and I was even greeted by a cockroach upon arrival, which was unsettling. The beds were hard and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep.
Service
6.0
The staff, particularly at check-in, were friendly and polite, and I appreciated the room upgrade they provided. However, I encountered issues with housekeeping, as they didn't replace the sheets or respond to my requests for extra towels in a timely manner.
Location
9.0
The location is truly lovely, set among beautiful grounds with great access to the Bay. It was very convenient for enjoying nearby beaches and attractions like SeaWorld.
Dining
5.0
While the TIDAL restaurant had some pleasant dishes, overall I was underwhelmed by the dining options at the resort. Many were fully booked, leaving me to search for meals outside the hotel, which was not what I anticipated.
Facilities
6.0
The resort has plenty of activities for families, such as kayaking and mini golf, and the pool area was enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping service unless arranged in advance, which felt very inconvenient.

I had a good stay at Paradise Point Resort & Spa, enjoying the beautiful tropical landscaping and the spacious beachside room with stunning sunset views. However, I did experience some issues with noise from neighboring rooms and a few minor maintenance concerns. Overall, the friendly staff made my stay nice, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, located right on the beach, allowing me to enjoy the lovely view at sunset. However, the walls were thin, and I could hear neighbors talking and moving around, which disrupted my sleep.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Celina at the front desk who went above and beyond to make me feel special during my stay. However, I did find some services lacking, like the delayed response for extra towels.
Location

The location is fantastic, right by the beach, making it convenient for water activities like kayaking. Still, there were a few maintenance issues around the hotel that need addressing.

I enjoyed the dining options on-site, with the Barefoot Grill being a personal highlight; I loved the grilled meat there. However, some restaurants were closed during my stay, which was disappointing.
Facilities

The facilities included nice pools and fire pits, which were lovely. Still, housekeeping did not come during my stay, and I found the overall cleanliness could have been better.

I had a lovely family experience at Paradise Point Resort & Spa. The pool area was fantastic, especially with the zero-entry feature for little ones. However, our room was on the small side, and the dining options could be improved. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back for another stay!

The resort's location was ideal, right next to the beach and within walking distance to SeaWorld. I loved taking long walks along the ocean!
Dining
5.0
While there were a few on-site dining options, I found the food to be average. We ended up eating at the same place most of the week and craved something different.

The facilities were well-maintained and included beautiful landscaping and pool areas. However, I encountered some hidden fees that caught me off guard.

I recently stayed at Paradise Point Resort & Spa, and while the beautiful landscaping and spacious room were highlights, I encountered some frustrating additional charges, particularly with parking fees. Despite a few issues with cleanliness during my stay, the friendly staff and the various activities offered at the resort made for a nice getaway. Overall, there were both enjoyable moments and some disappointments.

Rooms

My room was spacious and looked just like the pictures online, but I did notice some cleanliness issues, like a stain on the sheets and some hair in the bathroom. I expected better given the price.
Service

Dining

I only dined once at the Barefoot Bar and Grill, and while the atmosphere was great, the food was pricey and the service was a bit slow. I recommend bringing snacks or checking out the market onsite for tasty treats.
Facilities

The resort had a lovely layout, with multiple pools and recreational activities. I enjoyed biking around the grounds and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor spaces, even though some of the rentals were a bit pricey.
